What Causes Headache Behind My Right Eye And The Back Of My Head?

I have been suffering from a headache behind my right eye and the back of my head (right side also) for three days now. I have taken "too" much Ibuprofen appx. 1600 mg in the past 72 hours, but nothing else. I was prescribed Darvon two weeks ago, but have yet to fill the prescription for post abortion because I didn't have pain from the after affects. I'm just wondering if this is related now that the bleeding has stopped and should I fill the prescription or find an over the counter pain reliever. *Advil is not working at all.
