What Causes Headache , Body Aches And Burning Sensation In The Eyes?

For about three weeks now, I have been having fever-like sypmtoms (dizzinesss/vertigo, lowered appetite, headache, body aches, burning eyes) that occur ONLY in the evenings, ususally after 4 or 5 pm. When I check my temperature it is never above 99 degrees fahrenheit. Sometimes when I take 800 mg of ibuprofin the symptoms subside. Along with this I have chest mild chest congestion and a cough. Any ideas as to what could be the cause?
