What Causes Headache, Burning Sensation In Breasts And Heartburn After Periods?

Hello I just got off my period 3 weeks ago first one since my miscarriage back in Dec. I am starting to have the same symptoms againss I did before with my past 2 pregnancy but its only been 3 weeks since I been off my period. I started with server headache I've been having on and off ever day for over a week . Them my boobs would get a burning feel to them. And notice spider type vains on my boobs (I had a few pop up with my miscarriage but there is more now) and now I been really tired and I have bad heart burn it hurts so bad my whole chest withheld hurt. I took a test and it is neg. Which I figured sinse I just had my period should I wait or could it be due to the miscarriage because the doc said my levels went back down .
