What Causes Headache, Chest And Back Ache And Dizzy Spells?

Hi, I'm being treated by my doctor for high BP over the last couple of days I've been getting sudden sharp headache, upper chest/back pain, dizzy spells and at times of activity become breathless. I'm getting a little worried now as I've just had another couple of dizzy spells and don't feel well. Do I need to seek medical advice now?
