What Causes Headache, Chest Discomfort And Breathlessness?

Hi, i have been suffering from head and back aches consistently for over a month now and it hasnt seem to go away. I ensure that my body is hydrated properly, receive regaulry massages and eat right. I have also recently started to recieve chest discomfort where i feel im constantly short of breath and a little dizzy. Do i have any thing to be deeply concerned about?
