What Causes Headache, Chest Pain, Bloody Phlegm With Dizziness?

i usually gets a head ache and i took a tabblets for head ache as well and yesterday when i woke up in the morning i found that i had a chest pain too and this morning when i was clearing my throat drops of blood came along with phelgm... from may days i found that my voice lil bit different like i have a cold... i have been smoking from past 2 years but now a days when i smoke i found myself little dizzy
