What Causes Headache, Chills, Fever, Joint And Back Pain?

hi sir am sidhant from india...i am having sever headache,a bit of fever and felling bit cold also m having pain in my joints specially lower back..i jsut had a sleep of 6 hours today and and have been low on my appetite ..i had a dose of corcin pain and relief ..just want to ask u ..are these symptons of dengue fever or normal viral or just because i haven't slept...could u please help me
