What Causes Headache, Dizziness And Blurred Vision After Stopping Cerazette?

hi there, I am a 28yr old female and was on cerazette for 4 months, i came off it at the end of december, felt fine but the last 3 weeks or so i seem to have a constant headache, feel dizzy and have some blurred vision. I suffer with anxiety attacks so as you can imagine im convinced its a brain tumour or something equally as awful. Could this all be down to coming off cerazette?
