What Causes Headache, Dizziness And Fainting?

Hi im a 21yof 16days ago i passed out in the shower since then i have had constant headaches, dizzy spells, passing out, and some small jerks of my left arm. I had a head mri and it showed an old injury in the front of my brain. But i have never been hit with anything or been in a bike or car wreck. Could this spot be whats causing all my headaches??
