What Causes Headache , Dizziness And Heavy Eyes?

hi i have had headaches and dizzy and heavy eyes! I went to my doctor he said i have low blod pressure i thought maybe i hv vertigo. He gave me a medicine called Heptaminol 150MG . Im just checking its ok and not band as some medicines are band in australia and can cause birth defects ! im not pregnant . Want to make sure its safe and not band. im in Bali Indonesia now.
