What Causes Headache, Dizziness And Ringing In Ears?

hi im a 29 yr old male and way overweight. i have been to the doc several times with several symptoms. slight but constant headaches, dizziness after waking, ringing in the ears and the headaches feel like they are going to trigger some sort of seizure but nothing happens. also i have been having frequent heartburn in which i have to take 3 or 4 tums for very short relief. heart palpatations or a surge if you will with shortness of breath. just wondering if anyone can help?
