What Causes Headache, Elevated Pulse And Sore Arms?

My left side was numb and tingly yesterday and i had a terrible headache. So i went to the ER and they ran full tests on me and everything came back normal. My pulse is elevated today and I still have a bad headache and my arm feels sore. I cant stand or walk for too long or i get light headed.
