What Causes Headache, Fainting, Dizziness, Vomiting Blood And Confusion?

Hi, I'm not sure if I should go to the ER or not, i've been sick for a couple weeks and it's gotten a lot worse over the past day or so. Symptoms i've been having are headache
fainting
puking blood
dizziness
nausea
pressure behind eyes
heat on neck
neck pain/stiffness
shaking
confusion
