What Causes Headache, Fatigue And Excessive Thirst?

I have been episodes 3-6 times a day that last up to 2 hours. Each episode starts with a slight headache between my temples, my whole body then becomes fatigued, thinking becomes foggy, thirst, and loss of appetite. All neurological tests have come up negative.
