What Causes Headache, Fatigue, Depression, Stress With Lack Of Energy?

sir,my actual age is 24 but when i got my health checked by a modern health equipment it showed my age is 31...and the worst thing is that i also feel the same...is it because of excess masterbation? i was continuously masterbating since 16 years of age but lowered a bit since last two years...i feel fatigue,headache,depression and stress all the time...if from now i stop masterbating will my age become normal and will i start feeling energetic again
