What Causes Headache , Fever , Lack Of Appetite And Fatigue?

I have come down ill, but I don t recognize what this could be other than a random virus, etc. The symptoms are elevated heart rate (92 bpm), headache that comes and goes (especially in my left temple, after this starting with a migraine), intermittent fever (to 101.8), lack of appetite (nothing tastes good, even chicken noodle soup, etc.), and fatigue (can get up and use the bathroom, etc, but had to nap after a shower). Other than that, I have no aches (though my back near the top of my left kidney had been aching for a few days before, that is gone now. I have no rash. My breathing is fine. No nasal congestion, cough, etc. I am a 52 year old female who is usually very healthy and I like to prevent illness as much as possible.
