What Causes Headache Followed By Back Pain?

Hi, i have a headache n toothache on and off for a little while now. Went dentise n they say my teeth r fine. I also have a lower backache n mild lower abdominal cramps. My monthly cycle was five days late n when it came it was lighter than normal. I am also on the coil.
