What Causes Headache, Hands Shaking And Sore Joints?

I have had a headache for about 8 days, I have developed very sensitive skin and today I have noticed that my hands are shaking and I have sore joints. I went to doctor last week for a blocked ear, which is now unblocked and am having a fasting blood work tomorrow, but have no idea why feeling how I am or what my be causing these symptoms. Should I be concerned?
