What Causes Headache, Heart Fluttering, Fingers And Toe Numbness And Urine Odor?

Hi there, after 3 weeks i realised i had a very very mild headache, unusual for me. Taking stock i realised that heart flutters were on-going, and a very tiny numbness sensation in a couple of fingers and near the toe. Toilet is regular but urine has a smell. I never eat take aways, a small amount of red meat once a week, no processed meats. I thought at first i was on the computer too much with eye strain, not sure now. The last 4 months i have had oranges and yoghurt and walnuts every morning and only 1 cup of coffee. I had lots of vege. 2 glasses of wine a night over a medium size dinner portion. Could i be lacking in certain minerals ? as i used to live in New Zealand but now in Bahamas. Be interested in your response, with thanks. Clare
