What Causes Headache, Joint Pain, Sweating And Dry Oral Cavity?

Hello sir, I am having serious headache, pain in my joints and am sweating a lot. Also my oral cavity is dray, I am even having problem swallowing my saliva. I have no problem with my stomach. I have given blood and urine samples and it has been found ok. Can u tell me whats wrong with me and what can i do about it.
