What Causes Headache, Lightheadedness And Tingling In Leg?

I ve been having headaches ( on the top of my head around the crown) for the past four days, I also have been having lightheaded and today some tingling down my left leg. I just had an MRI but have to wait for the results. What could this be? Do you think it could be serious?
