What Causes Headache Like Pain In One Eye?

I have pain in one of my eyes that s like a headache and pretty much constant. My gp indicated it could by thyroid and so did my optician. Blood results came Back satisfactory but I m sure I have many symptoms like I ll sit in my office with my coat on when everyone else is hot. My hand and feet go numb in the cold. I feel depressed and tired.
