What Causes Headache, Loose Motions And Loose Body After Masturbation?

hi I have problem of extra fat on my chest may be that gynecomastia. I am not sure.I have been mastrubate since from the age of five I rememeber. after mastrubate I feel headache,loose motions and I feel so much looseness in my body.is that mastubation is reason to collect fat on chest or gynecomastia. That problem I am facing from the age of 17.before that i was thin i had no problem of extra fat on chest. then i gain some fat on my body then my chest became bulky. I started feeling like girl breast. please tell me is this fat or some thing else.tell me any remedies of that. -- gagan
