What Causes Headache, Nausea And Drowsiness?

i am having headache nausea and drowsiness since two days , i have a condition of neck pain and stiffness since 5-6 years i have consulted many docs and had x-ray 3 times but in vain nothing is seen in the x-ray, and medication are not helping.......please guide
