What Causes Headache, Nausea And Vomiting?

for the past 8 days, ive had a headache which is more severe in the back of my head up to the top of my head, with my neck hurting, have had nausea and vomiting with this, having trouble sitting up, when i do, it hurts worse, i only get relief somewhat laying down..
