What Causes Headache, Nausea, Dizziness And Itching All Over Body?

Hi, woke up in the morning with very bad headache. Took tramadol but didn t help me at all. Took panadol and got a bit better but feel all day like drunk. Dizzy and little headache with nausea. Vomited twice. Also very itchy all over my body. Any idea whats going on? Btw having headaches very often. Thank you.
