What Causes Headache, Nose And Ear Bleeding, Head Pain With Vomiting?

hi i was online playing with some friends and one of them began to complain about pains such as headached and nosebleed first, he said he took some tylenol but that it didn't stop the headache, before he went to sleep he said he felt a sharp pain in his head and when he woke up he had a headache. then his nose started bleeding while he was typing at his keyboard. he left and came back and said that it stopped but that his ears had started to bleed and he was now complaining of bleeding his head hurts, he's throwing up and he can't see right. please tell us what could cause this
