What Causes Headache, Nose Bleed And Sore Shoulder/neck/back?

Have a headache on right side only. Nose bleed two days ago for 10 minutes. Little nose bleed yesterday. Feels congested on the side it bleed , in head and nostril. Also sore shoulder, neck and back on the same side. Eye feels a bit sore. Same side. Don't know if its related, but have bit of a sore right side - hip area.
