What Causes Headache On One Side Of My Head?

Hi I woke up with a big time headache and I always get these headaches on one side of my head. I have pending investigations for a shoulder sub laxation pn the same side as well as pinched nerves. I've also been known to grind my teeth and have misplaced jaw on the same side.
My question is, I just bent down to pick something up and as I was getting up, i felt a sort of pop in the same side of my brain next to my temple. What does this mean? is it just because of the headache?
