What Causes Headache, Pain In Neck And Constipation?

hi i have severe ache all over my head including my brain, eyes, sometimes chest , sometimes even neck n feel like puking all the time n i am suffering from constipation.. so i want to ask u that m i suffering from gastric problem or sumthing else...???
