What Causes Headache, Painful Arms And Internal Itching While EKG Being Normal?

Last week I had an ekg which returned normal, I continue to have headaches, pains in both arms, internal itching and eye pains. I was given xanax on this visit, and a second a blood pressure med which included a water pill. Why am I still having same issues
