What Causes Headache, Runny Nose, Dry Mouth And Loss Of Appetite?

Hello, today I ve noticed I have a headache in the back of my head, mainly towards the back of my neck. I keep having a burning sensation in my nose, runny nose, and sneezing. I have dry mouth and no appetite. I ve been drinking plenty of water but still have the dry mouth. Any idea what it may be? Just standard cold? Thanks!
