What Causes Headache, Smelly Urine And Light Feeling In Chest?

30 y/o male, no med hx, Cough x 2 days, sometimes productive, sometimes not, brown mucus, when it come up, bad cough, feels like lighting in chest when I cough. 102 103 fever, and chills, started noticing when I urinate it smells very very strong, fowl odor. Bad headache as well. Been alternating ibuprofen, Tylenol, alieve. Also sudafed, and some expectorants. Any ideas??
