What Causes Headache, Sore Throat, Cough And Stomach Pain?

Hi I had a headache, sore throat, cough (with transparent phlegm), a little bit of stomache (lasts for few minutes and stops whenever it comes) and I couldn't sleep well for most of the time. I took some Ibuprofen and the stomache went away. But I still cough crazily with a sore throat and can't sleep. It's only a dry cough with no phlegm at all. I am 19. Do you know what's wrong?
