What Causes Headache, Stomach Upset And Nausea?

Ok i just had a period but didnt stay on long like i use to.. All of sudden i been keeping headache, upset stomach, little bit of nausea. An i m on birth control i have the miringa. I have sex two week ago.. Im tryin to figure out what goin with my body
