What Causes Headache, Sweating And Vomiting?

My wife just reported that she had a headache, threw up at work and headed home. As she did that she felt sweaty and nauseus, but feeling better when she reached home. She still says she's feeling sick but better than earlier. She does not have any pre-existing conditions.
