What Causes Headache, Swollen Throat And Dizziness?

For the past iv had a head ach and I feel something swollen in my throat at first there was no pain then other day I noticed what seemed to be an infection on my tonsils so I rinsed my mouth with salt water then my nose had very green burgers I started to get a cough nd now I just feel dizzy no energy at all nd a bad head ach it seems to get worse every day
