What Causes Headache That Radiates From All The Parts Of Head?

i have had a tremendous headache that radiates from all parts of my head. At times the headache moves from the frontal to the temporal or temporal to the parietal, or at times the occipital along with the frontal. My My ears ache as well when the pain moves about. My head hurts when I cough or sneeze.
