What Causes Headache, Throat Pain, Dizziness, Cough And Fever?

Hi, I have a had ache , I have no power in my hands , My throat hurts very bad. I fell dizzy and last night I couldn't sleep because of the caught . Last week I toked some antibiotics. I was feeling good yesterday but today it started with fever . Thank you for your response.
