What Causes Headache, Tightness In Chest And Lack Of Appetite?

For the past couple of days I ve had tightness in my chest ,sob, and headache now like a pressure on the top of my head, no appetite. I am not depressed I m joking with my husband, I m a happy person with no drug or alcohol issues but this annoying and bothersome. Any thoughts doc?
