What Causes Headache, Tremors And Tingling Sensation In Hands And Shoulder Pain?

hello I am a 35 yr old female, no major medical history, now having daily headaches for several yrs,in the last yr vision loss due to to much spinal fluid and swelling of optical nerve, tingeling in arms/hands as well as twitching in hands. now weight gain, , and nervousness. now I have a fluttering in lower abdomen, and pain in left shoulder. what is causing all of this, feels like my body is falling apart lol
