What Causes Headache, Vomiting, Drowsiness And Fever With Ear Discharge?

a patient presents with progressive headache, recurrent vomiting, increased sleeping time, upward rolling of eyes accompanied by raising of left arm, persistent fever with development of ear discharge. this happened 1 week before a 20-year old was admitted after she fell from the stairs hitting her head and back. I dont know how to diagnose her.
