What Causes Headache Which Is Responding To Counter Migraine Medicines?

Hi I have been feeling poorly for two mo the now, off,and on but the last three days I have had a headache that doesn't seem to respond to my over the counter migraine medicine. Sensitivity to light, and sound. Poor apatite. Very low energy. Moodiness. Some dizy spells over the two months. Kinda stuffy nose verry mild sore throught. Dust like feeling in eyes back pain that feels like kidney but, test was inconclusive.nausea, upset stomach. Past history of kidney stones, and infection no known cause. Exploratory surgery reviled no damage despite 2-3 incidents per year. Difficult pregnancies treated for blood loss after delivery with all three. Period is minimal and skips some times. Father had a blood disorder were his body made too much iron he passed away at age 52 that was part of the reason. Periodic abdominal pain that seems severe but doesn't last long since teen. Migraine onset at teen. Optometrist saw scar tissue behind right eye. Scar tissue seen during tuba ligation. Are my headaches and kidneys and all related? How do I get the madness to stop?
