What Causes Headache While Coughing After A Bee Sting?

My husband was stung by a bee twice on Sunday, has had body aches, fever of 103+ and chills since then. The bee sting sights look fine (no infection), he is now complaining the his head hurts when he coughs. What could be the cause? He is 40 Y.O., 260 lbs and suffers no medical issues at all.
