What Causes Headache With Body Tremor?

dear sir, hope you can help me solving my problem,, i use the pc almost for 3 weeks very hard,, i use to work in oil paintings and you know oil paintings have much colors,, i travelled to africa for visiting my friend , he has a plastic company,, i visited him there and then i smell the plastic product ,, since 4 weeks till now i have headache but not painfull and i can not hold myself well sometime and if i hear any single small noise when am sleeping all my body will shake,,, plz help notice that i have seen till now only doctor and he said i have middle left ear problem,, do i suppose to do scan and visit specialist doctor,,,
