What Causes Headache With Breathlessness?

I m feeling very weak though I have taken 8 hrs sleep. I m feeling a little bit head ache. I m feeling uneasy with my chest. for the last few days when I m taking full breath sometimes I feel sudden pulse tipe pain for a second. again it becomes normal. what is my problem?
