What Causes Headache With Dryness In Mouth?

I have been having flu like headaches for three days. Dry mouth at night pain on both of my sides and stomache cramps I'm a 31yr old male. Last month I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis. Got some blood work done I don't have hiv I don't have diabetes I don't have hepatitis what is my problem?
