What Causes Headache With Nausea,dizziness,pain In Bones And Heart Aches?

i have been having a headache for over a year including feeling like throwing up,losing balance,pain in bones everywhere and my heart aches alittle and those headaches include like electrical shoots in my head which makes me like cant hear anything or concentrate and my neck hurts so hard and the lower part of my head and i am 18 and will be 19 in a few months what does it mean or which doctors should i see and i take vitamins and potssium. thanks
