What Causes Headache With Vomiting Blood?

i have had realy bad headache for the past 3 days, and today i have also vomited blood... its comming to a point where i just cant bare it no more.. the headache is behind my right eye but also moves to both eyes.. the head ache is like like a sharp throbing pain..
