What Causes Headache,body Ache And Loss Of Appetite?

I have my friend right in front of me here and somethings wrong can you help us please. He has a headache body aches neck pain no appetite and his legs are sore and we can't find anything to relate. What might be wrong is it serious. Hes hardly ate in three or four days. and has spat up biligle recently.
